When selling a home, pricing the home right, of course, is the most important decision a home owner can make for a quick sale. Overpriced homes sit on the market, and sellers often lose the window of opportunity for a sale, which is usually the first 60 days when priced in line with the market value. I may make suggestions to the home owner about what little things can be done before their listing goes active, so you, potentially, can get top dollar for you home. I will then advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork, and supervise the closing. I will take care of everything you need from start to close.
